"I purchased the black size small (wished they had an x-sm). So much more comfortable than I imagined--having worn various compression garments over the years. This design is better than the single arm designs I've tried in the past, because they don't slide down off the shoulder. Comfortable to sleep in and the next day too should I choose to keep them on. "I found these to be medium to light compression rather then firm compression. The inside of the sleeves have zigzags (waves) that project from the fabric -- think of seams in a garment-- only these are rubber waves. The waves massage the skin-- but they also left impressions in my skin-- so dont expect to wear them then go out in a sun dress five minutes after removing them. They are comfortable, so this improves my odds of wearing them. Overall I like them."
