I checked the medical supply stores in my area, but they wanted $150 and didn't have any in stock. So I did some checking online and came across these. What a heaven sent!!! They are affordable and I received them in a few days. At first, they were a bit of a challenge to put on, but after I did it few times, it's not such a big deal. What a difference they made!!! No more pain!!! I still get a little swollen, but nothing like before. You could definitely wear these with a skirt, but they can tend to fall down a little and get bunchy at the ankles.
