How do I return a product?

Return shipping is easy, fast and free! You don't need to call us for a return authorization.

  1. If you have your packing slip, enclose the tear-off return form with your return. If you don’t have your packing slip, enclose a copy of your order confirmation email or a note with your name, email address and order number.
  2. Affix the pre-addressed shipping label included with your order over the old label.
  3. Take the box to any US Post office, or give to your mail carrier.

What’s your return policy terms and conditions?

  • Returns and exchanges can be made at any time within 30 days from your order date. A return form must be included with the return or exchange.
  • Return worn or used apparel products, or the unused portion of skincare or beauty products. Empty or nearly empty skincare or beauty containers cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. If you paid with a personal check, a check will be mailed within 10 business days of the return transaction date.
  • When returning items on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if you fall below the minimum order threshold for the promotion.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

How do I return an internationally shipped order?

International customs requirements unfortunately don’t let us provide prepaid shipping labels for our international customers.

How long does it take a return or exchange to process?

No longer than 2-3 business days from when they are received by our warehouse.

Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.
