We guarantee your 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, simply return it, used or unused, within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your original purchase price in full.
- Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
- Once processed, we'll immediately ship your exchange or refund your credit card or other method of payment.
- We'll send you an email confirming your return or exchange.
- If you received incorrectly shipped, or damaged items, please call Legluxe Customer Service at 1.877.480.1637 to arrange for a free UPS pickup label.
We'll gladly accept returns for any Legluxe.com, used or non-used products upon receiving your returned items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

1. To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Include the original invoice and indicate the reason for return.
3. Use the cut-out Return Label form the invoice and send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to the address specified on your invoice. If you have lost your Return Label, please refer to your online invoice for the correct return address.

Returning Discounted Items
For all discounted purchases made during sales or via promotion codes, returns will be credited at the discount price.
Exchanges of products bought at discount will be credited at the dollar amount for which they were originally purchased against the newly requested merchandise.
Shipping Charges
If your original order qualified for free shipping, or other discounts, but the modified order falls below the minimum purchase required then the cost of shipping, or discount amount, will be deducted from your total credit.
Credit Processing Time
We'll credit your credit or debit card account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will only be credited if there is a difference in price for the new item.
Shipping Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
