SHIPPING & RETURNS: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Legluxe offers international shopping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider International Checkout. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your financial transaction, your shipment, returns & exchanges and all customer service issues related to your order will be processed and handled by International Checkout.
Please Note: If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, or to Canada simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.
International Checkout partners with online retailers to sell internationally by providing international customers with access to products found in the United States. International Checkout also enables Legluxe to take advantage of a shipping network that delivers packages quickly and reliably to global customers.
Shop Legluxe.com as you normally would. When you proceed to Checkout, click on the INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT button, located below your shopping bag details and your secure transaction will be completed with International Checkout. International Checkout will calculate and display a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Once your transaction is complete, Legluxe will ship your item to the International Checkout shipping hub in the United States. International Checkout then ships your order to its final international destination.
You may ship to a specific country but pay with a different country's currency. If you don't see your country listed, we are not currently able to ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to a U.S. or an APO/FPO address, or to Canada simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.
Visa, Master Card, and JCB payments will be processed in your local currency. If your local currency is not supported, then payment will be processed in US Dollars. All other payment methods will be processed in US Dollars only.
For your convenience, International Checkout provides the option to pre-pay Duties and Taxes. Duties and Taxes are calculated and charged by customs in your country.
If you choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you may avoid customs delays and we guarantee that you will not be asked to pay anything when your order arrives.
If you do not choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you will be responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when your order arrives in your country.
International Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, as well as several other international forms of payment. Your credit card will be billed by International Checkout when your package is shipped to its final international destination. ‘International Checkout’ will appear on your credit card statement.
Most in-stock items will arrive 8-20 business days after receipt of your order. International shipping timeline can be viewed on International Checkout’s Customer Service page.
