ORDERING: PLACING ONLINE ORDERS

STEP 1: USING THE SHOPPING
  • To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add To Bag" of the item you wish to buy.
  • To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled "Remove" and click "Recalculate" to see your new total.
  • To change the quality of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate".

Sign In
  • If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping bag and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to reset your password.
  • If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your e-mail address (login) and password, before completing the checkout process.  Click here to register.

STEP 2: SHIPPING ADDRESS
  • Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.
  • Legluxe.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $39.95 and over. For shipments totaling less than $39.95, there is a delivery charge of $6.95 when UPS Ground is selected per order.
  • You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

STEP 3: SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
  • After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
  • You have the option of no gift packaging (products are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a durable cardboard box) or our beautiful gift packaging option (additional charges may apply). Just select the option that best fits your needs.
  • If you're sending a gift, be sure to check the box marked "Gift Order." This will ensure that your order is processed appropriately. Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for your order.
  • You can also add a personalized gift message to your order. A gift card will be included in your order.

STEP 4: PAYMENT INFORMATION
  • For security purposes, Legluxe.com does not store your credit card information. You will have to enter your credit card account details each time you place an order.
  • If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.

STEP 5: ORDER CONFIRMATION
  • Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order Now.
  • If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.
  • Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. Within an hour, you'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click "Place Order Now."r billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.
  • We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your order status. After placing your order you can check your Order Status & History in the My Account section.
